Bilal Tabba
Director
Bilal Tabba is the Director and Founder of Building Blocks, with a Major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. After returning to Pakistan, Bilal spent several months travelling within Pakistan and meeting people from the suburbs in different provinces. He saw how children were struggling to access basic education and how this was affecting their future opportunities and prospects impacting overall communities.
Noticing this, Bilal was determined to make a difference in the education sector and pursued a diploma in Early Childhood Education, recognizing the critical importance of providing young children with a strong foundation for their future and create an impact by starting a school.
Bilal’s innovative approach to early childhood education quickly caught the attention of parents and educators and the school quickly became a model for high-quality early childhood education and inspired others to follow suit. His efforts have also sparked a wider conversation about the importance of investing in early childhood education and the impact it can have on our children’s lives.
Hafsah Farhan
Principal
With over two decades of experience in the field of education, my passion for teaching and the ability to bring about change in the lives of individuals has been firmly established. As a founding member of Building Blocks, I have been instrumental in creating a structured educational system that not only focuses on the acquisition of basic life skills such as problem-solving, critical and creative thinking, communication and decision-making, but also on making learning more dynamic through pedagogical assimilation. My experience includes teaching English Literature and Language, serving as headmistress at Jaffar Public School, and being part of the teaching faculty at the Students Guidance and Counseling Bureau at the University of Karachi. Additionally, I am a certified master teacher trainer and have led various training sessions for teachers in different schools and organizations. At Building Blocks, we strive to provide children with an engaging and well-rounded curriculum that promotes holistic development.
Kashaf Imran

Have been associated with the field of education for almost 8 years as a Pre Primary and Primary teacher. Now working as a coordinator at Building Blocks Preschool and Elementary for about a year and a half. As a teacher it’s always been my goal to improve my students’ education and help them grow knowledgeably. I will continue to work towards developing and promoting creativity and high-order thinking skills that increase the performance of the students.
